CAD DESIGN
Following the review of your specifications and thanks to the initial preliminary calculations, our experts are modelling your MEMS components and systems in 3D using the best professional CAD software.
SIMULATIONS
To validate that the silicon components or MEMS systems meet your specifications and technical constraints.
For simulations, we use the Ansys® software.
PROTOTYPING AND VALIDATION
We produce prototypes of your MEMS components and systems in a clean room and validate their proper functioning and compliance with the specifications on our test benches.
LAYOUT
Once modelled in 3D, your MEMS components are replicated onto a mask (layout). This is the preliminary step before etching by DRIE.
ACHIEVEMENT
SilMach can produce and assemble your MEMS components for prototyping needs, as well as for small and medium series.
TEST AND CHARACTERISATION
Validation of the quality of produced components
Test on Test Benches (Cyclic, Acceleration, Deformation, T°, Vibrations).
